Purpose

Lumiere provides a powerful process, conceived in man’s quest for the moon, to enable the leadership of companies and departments to forge a bold new vision of where they want to be at a set point in the future and to devise the roadmap to achieving it. Our facilitation skills draw leaders together, often in an unprecedented way, to share their best insights and information, creating both a visionary view of the future and a very practical path for getting there.

This process is also very effective when the corporate strategy is already established, and the challenge is to engage various levels of the organization to strive to achieve it.

Process

The group is guided through a series of exercises and discussions which will maximize the group’s creative thinking and then select the best ideas generated. They will create:

  • A concrete, breakthrough vision of where they could be in a few years
  • A prioritized map of initiatives for achieving the vision
  • An action plan for fulfilling each of those priorities and the overall vision

The company or department will conclude the session with a clear plan for achieving a genuine breakthrough in their areas of endeavor.
